GENERAL QUESTIONS

1. What is BakStars Universe?
BakStars Universe is a creative brand offering children’s storybooks, activity pages, digital downloads, colorful merch, and inspiring products designed to help kids shine bright and believe in their dreams.


DIGITAL PRODUCTS

2. How do I receive my digital downloads?
Immediately after purchase, you’ll receive:

  • A download link on the checkout page

  • A confirmation email with your files

Tip: If you don’t see your email, check your spam/junk folder.

3. Are digital products refundable?
No. All digital products are final sale due to instant delivery.
If you have a file issue, email us and we will fix it.


PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

4. How long does shipping take?
Processing Time: 2–7 business days
Shipping Time by location:

  • USA: 3–8 business days

  • Canada: 5–12 business days

  • UK/EU: 5–15 business days

  • Worldwide: 7–20 business days

5. Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
We use print-on-demand partners.
Different items may ship from different facilities, so they may arrive separately.

6. Can I return or exchange an item?
We only replace items if:

  • They arrive damaged

  • They have a printing defect

  • The wrong item was shipped

Note: Sizing mistakes made by the customer are not eligible for returns.


ORDER ISSUES

7. I entered the wrong address. Can I fix it?
If the order has not gone into production yet, we may be able to update it.
Contact us immediately:

If the item is already in production, we cannot make changes.

8. My tracking isn’t updating. What should I do?
Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours.
If it has been longer, contact us and we will check with the shipping partner.

9. My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Please check:

  • With neighbors

  • Around your home

  • With your local carrier

  • Within 48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early)

Note: BakStars Universe is not responsible for stolen packages, but we will help guide you through a carrier claim.

10. Will the colors on the product look exactly like the pictures?
Slight variations may occur due to:

  • Screen brightness

  • Print manufacturing differences

  • Fabric material

We do our best to ensure accurate representation.

11. Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! Some products can be personalized.
