Thank you for shopping with BakStars Universe. We want you to be confident about every purchase. Please review our refund and returns policy before placing an order.
1. Digital Products
This includes
Ebooks
Printables
Activity pages
Coloring books
Digital planners
Digital storybooks
Any downloadable file
All digital products are final sale.
Since digital files cannot be returned, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once the file has been delivered or downloaded.
If you experience a technical issue with your file, contact us at support@bakstarsuniverse.com or bakstarsuniverse@gmail.com and we will resend or correct the file for you.
2. Physical Products
This applies to all items produced through print on demand partners such as Printify or Printful.
Because each item is custom printed, we accept returns only for the following cases.
A. Defective Item or Printing Error

Misaligned design
Damaged item
Wrong product received
We will replace the item at no additional cost.
You must notify us within seven days of receiving the item.

B. Wrong Size Due to Our Error
If the printing partner sends the incorrect size, we will replace it.
If the customer selects the wrong size, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please check size charts carefully before ordering.
3. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked delivered but has not arrived
Check with neighbors or your building management
Wait up to forty eight hours since carriers sometimes scan early
Confirm the shipping address provided at checkout
We cannot issue refunds for
Incorrect shipping addresses
Carrier errors
Theft after delivery
However, we can assist you in filing a carrier claim.
4. Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted because production begins quickly.
Please review your details thoroughly before checkout.
5. Refund Approval Process
If a refund is approved for a qualified defective item
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing times depend on your bank and usually range from five to ten business days
